How like a winter ...
The title is taken from a Shakespeare Sonnet - "How like a winter hath my absence been from Thee".
This is a textured mixed media painting incorporating lots of collage and texture.
The text of the poem is all incorporated into the painting, although some of it is hidden beneath the layers.
Tiny glass beads add an unusual element of interest to parts of the painting and catch the light.
